The Silver Standard:

$200/Annually

Services include the Bronze Standard PLUS receipt and maintaining copies of all official notices: compliance and regulatory documents; annual reporting documents; official letters from the Texas Secretary of State or other government agencies; tax forms; official requests; company filings or reports; franchise tax requests and reports, with timely notification to you

The Gold Standard:

$400/Annually

Services includes the Silver Standard PLUS Annual Report preparation DOES NOT INCLUDE FILING, preparation of changes to principal place of business address, applicable to small- to mid-sized entities in the State of Texas in which only persons make up the composition of the governing board of directors or members.

The Platinum Standard:

$800/Annually

Services include the Gold Standard PLUS annual report, change of address, registered agent, assumed names, entity affiliate, and corporate governance filings required by the Secretary of States’ Office for the State of Texas, includes all small-, mid-, and large-entity filing management. Including foreign registration for authorization to do business in the State of Texas with the Secretary of State.
